Which Fruit Can Help You Sleep Better?

 That fruit is tart cherries.  One of our previous posts, wrote about how drinking tart cherry juice on a daily basis helped to decrease arthritic pain.  Now researchers at Northumbria University in the United Kingdom have discovered that people who drank one ounce of tart cherry juice twice daily were able to fall asleep faster, sleep longer and felt more rested than those who had a placebo.
