Refund policy

UDO Therapeutics Inc warrants that all exercise equipment and/or its support materials will arrive undamaged and in working order when received by the customer. In the event that the exercise equipment and/or its support materials are damaged upon delivery, the customer shall notify UDO Therapeutics Inc and ship the damaged goods back to UDO Therapeutics Inc. UDO Therapeutics Inc will offer a refund within thirty days. This Warranty shall be effective for claims received within thirty days of the delivery date of the exercise equipment and/or its support material.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with the exercise equipment and/or its support materials, ship the items back within thirty days of the delivery date. Once the items are received, UDO Therapeutics will refund the purchase . Please note all shipping rates are non-refundable and the customer will incur the cost of shipping the items back to UDO Therapeutics.
