Sometimes it is hard to know what vitamins and supplements you are taking because the vitamin has 2 maybe 3 other names. Here is a list of common vitamins and their different names:
Vitamin C: ascorbic Acid
Vitamin B1: thiamine
Vitamin B2: riboflavin
Vitamin B3: niacin, niacinamide, nicotinic acid, vitamin PP
Vitamin B6: pyridoxine
Vitamin B12: cobalamin, cyanocobalamin
Vitamin D: calciferol
Vitamin E: tocopherol
Iron: ferrous fumarate, ferrous gluconate, ferrous sulphate
Folate: folic acid, vitamin B9
