Got Ginger?

Medical research is showing that ginger - whether eaten fresh from the root or drank as tea is a good method to decrease inflammation associated with arthritis.  The recommendation is not to exceed 4 grams of ginger a day.  

Ginger is also good at reducing nausea. This is especially useful for women who are pregnant.  However, in this demographic is it not recommended to take more than 1 gram of ginger a day.

To decrease nausea and to decrease the aches and pains of arthritis start peeling your ginger roots!
