Improve Your Planks! Get Better at Weight Bearing Through Your Wrists

Often people have difficulty with planks and downward facing dogs because of difficulties with weight bearing through their arms.

This is short video demonstrating how to stretch the wrist flexors and extensors to increase length in these muscles and also how to stretch the wrist joints under compression. 



If you have arthritis, carpal tunnel or hardware in the wrists or hands you should contact your doctor before doing these stretches.  Please remember, these stretches should not cause pain.
