Life changing

I’m 62, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and injured my shoulder in March 2023 while in Norway visiting family. It was quite painful and being a former R.N., as well, decided to let it heal with rest and passive ROM exercises. After 3 months of pain while sleeping, decreased ROM, and the inability to exercise and move springs and equipment at the studio, I finally went to the orthopedist and PT. I had/have a minor tear in my supraspinatus. PT and dry needling helped and got me over the hump with increased ROM, but I have still been cautious and in occasional pain AND NOT EXERCISING LIKE I WANT. I saw Martina’s post on rotator cuff injuries, watched her webinar and decided to get her e-book. I immediately tried the exercises and stretches and felt immediate relief! My shoulder has been improving ever since. I now incorporate her exercises into my Pilates workout. I highly recommend Martina’s book!
