The HANDIBANDS have a double foot loop system where the smaller loop is meant to be used when barefoot and will stay put even through exercise transition. The small loop is also how they attach to the Reformer's shoulder rests or pulley riser's knobs.
The larger loop of the HANDIBANDS is meant for when wearing shoes or when attaching to a foam roller. This part of the HANDIBANDS is also where there is an integrated door anchor so you can attach them inside a door jamb when using the handles.

Discover how you can turn your Pilates Reformer into a magical yoga mat with support for stretches via the foot bar, shoulder rests, large box and MINIMAX -The Soft Arc.
The goal of this workshop is, for participants, to eventually add a NEW Supported Stretch Class to their schedule, increasing your studio's bottom line with a new complimentary class to your Pilates class offerings.
This workshop will focus on dynamic stretch flows and static meditative stretches inspired by physical therapy, Anatomy Trains®, yin & restorative yoga. The use of supports allows the muscles, fascia and joints to safely release - creating new degrees of freedom - thereby improving posture, mobility and even decreasing pain.
Introduce your clients to the power of activating their parasympathetic nervous system (the rest & digest system) via meditative stretches will aid in decreasing their stress and improving mental focus. Saturday, March 18th (Noon-6:00 PM) 5.5 hours of instruction
11:30 registration
Noon-1:00pm Anatomy review of muscles, fascia, reflexes, creep and the parasympathetic nervous system and their role in decreasing stress, tone and tension. Cues to encourage finding the depth of the stretch.
1:00pm-2:00pm Warm-up stretch flows
2:00pm-3:30pm Shoulder stretches and side body/lateral fascial line stretches
3:30pm to 4:00pm break
4:00pm to 5:00pm Hamstrings and flexion of spine/posterior fascial line stretches
5:00pm to 6:00pm Inner thigh and rotations of hip stretches
Sunday, March 19th (8:00am-2:00pm) 5.5 hours of instruction
8:00am-8:30am Questions and review of stretches
8:30am-9:30am Hip flexors and thigh stretches
9:30am-10:30am Back bends/anterior fascial line stretches
10:30am -11:00am break
11:00am-12:00pm Spinal rotation stretches/ spiral fascial line stretches
12:00pm-2:00pm Programming - creating stretch flows from exercises learned to target a theme - Restricted Shoulder, Compressed Spine, Open Hips, Open Heart and Spine
