Comprehensive And Easy To Use

This manual is well-organized and comprehensive, providing a wide variety of exercises using the Hooked On Pilates resistance bands (Handibands) and Minimax. Directions for each exercise are very clear, both in written descriptions and illustrations. Introductory information is also comprehensive and clearly described. The exercises flow logically one to the other, but they can also be done in whatever order the person chooses. It's a manual that be used by professional Pilates trainers, as well as by someone like myself who simply wants to enhance her own home practice.
